AI Call Summaries & Scoring

AI call review that writes the notes and scores the call

Reps see what to say when a prospect pushes back, and hang up to a wrap-up that is already filled in. Managers see what prospects keep asking and why deals are lost, and open the calls the AI flags instead of listening to everything.

Why it matters

What ai call summaries & scoring does for your team

  • 01

    Notes nobody has to write

A summary, key points, objections and next steps after every answered call. When a rep leaves the notes empty, the AI's notes are saved for them.

  • 02

Every call scored the same way

Write a scorecard with what good looks like for each item. Each call gets a 0–10 per item, a call score out of 100, coaching tips and the script points it missed.

  • 03

    Your questions, answered

Ask every call things like "What is their monthly budget?". Answers are kept on the contact and can be written to a GoHighLevel custom field.

  • 04

Help while the call is on

When a prospect raises an objection or asks a question, the rep sees a suggested answer from your script and your own knowledge text, plus the script points still to cover. Before dialing, a two-line brief sums up the lead's history.

  • 05

    Trends across every call

See the objections, competitors, questions and lost-deal reasons that come up most, what is rising against last period, and ask questions across hundreds of calls with the answers linked to the calls.

FAQ

AI Call Summaries & Scoring questions

Which AI providers can I use?

OpenRouter, Anthropic and OpenAI, with your own keys and the model you choose. Put several in order and the next one takes over if the first fails. Your provider bills you directly; DialerDay adds no markup.

Is anything sent to an AI provider if I don't turn it on?

No. Nothing is sent while AI is off, and calls that reach a voicemail greeting or a phone tree are always skipped. Each feature (live suggestions, briefs, voicemail summaries, wrap-up fill) has its own switch.

Can managers still score calls by hand?

Yes. Quality (QA) has scorecard forms, a list of calls waiting for review, scores by agent and by question, and a calibration view that shows which reviewers score harder or softer. Fill with AI answers the open questions from the transcript for the reviewer to check.

Does the AI ever send texts or save outcomes by itself?

No. It suggests the outcome, writes the notes and drafts the follow-up text; the rep checks and saves or sends. Scripts it writes are drafts until a manager saves them.
