Workflow Automation

Workflow automation built around your calls

Turn your follow-up playbook into a workflow. Start from a new lead, a call outcome, a text reply or a link click, then call, text, wait, branch and repeat automatically, without Zapier.

Why it matters

What workflow automation does for your team

  • 01

    Call now, not later

A new lead pops a call card for the owner or the first free rep, with a short countdown, and dials from their browser phone. Nobody takes it? The workflow texts the lead and tries again.

  • 02

    Texts like a CRM

Text the lead or a teammate, attach pictures and PDFs, pick the sending number, start from saved replies and send yourself a test. Tracked links turn every click into a trigger.

  • 03

    Loops, branches and A/B tests

Several triggers with “only if” filters, multi-branch cases, A/B splits with up to five paths, “wait for” several events at once, and “Go to” to repeat steps until they reply.

  • 04

    AI where it helps

AI sorts replies, writes a personal answer for a later step, and pulls budget or timeline out of a text or call into your fields. It uses your own AI keys.

  • 05

    Results you can act on

Per-step counts on the canvas, entries per day, goals reached and A/B results that say when a path is likely the winner, by period and by version.

  • 06

    Safe by design

Exit rules stop a run when the contact connects, replies, opts out or books. Drip mode lets big lists in a batch at a time, texts are capped per contact, and managers are alerted when a step starts failing.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick triggers

For example “Contact created, only if the lead source is Facebook”, or “Clicked the pricing link”.

  2. 2

    Add waits, branches and loops

Wait for a time, a date or a reply, split by conditions or at random, and repeat steps with “Go to”.

  3. 3

    Add actions

Call now, text, book an appointment, tag, assign, create a task, move campaigns, write with AI or call any API.

  4. 4

    Test and publish

Test on a real contact without sending anything. Publishing freezes a version; contacts already in a run keep theirs.

FAQ

Workflow Automation questions

Do I still need Zapier or GoHighLevel workflows?

Not for calling and texting follow-up. DialerDay's workflows react to calls, texts, link clicks and tasks directly, call and text leads themselves, and can call any API with an HTTP step for everything else.

How does “Call now” work?

The step shows a call card to the reps you choose (the lead's owner, a team or anyone free). The first to take it, or the countdown running out, dials the lead from that rep's browser phone, recorded and logged like any call. If nobody takes it in time, the workflow goes down its “Missed” path.

Can workflows send pictures and text my team?

Yes. A text step can attach pictures, PDFs, video or contact cards (MMS on US and Canadian numbers), and send to the lead, their owner, a teammate's mobile or any number.

What happens to people mid-workflow when I edit it?

Nothing changes for them. Each publish creates a new version, and contacts already running keep the version they started on.
