Phone Payments
Take payments on the call, without hearing the card
Close the deal and collect in the same conversation. Customers type their card on the keypad; reps see only the progress and the result, and recordings never contain the digits.
Why it matters

FAQ
Phone Payments questions
Does my rep ever see the card number?
No. The customer types it on the keypad, Twilio captures it in PCI Mode and the rep only sees progress such as "being entered" and the result.
What do I need to set it up?
A Twilio Pay Connector with PCI Mode on, and a Stripe secret key for payment links and recurring charges.
